Top Ten Percent FDD Summary

Type of Business
The franchised business is a member-driven business recognition and consumer savings program. You would connect businesses to consumers using mobile and digital marketing channels, i.e., smartphones, tablets, desktops and laptop computers. Businesses would pay you a monthly fee to be listed on your service and consumers would save on purchases they make from those businesses through exclusive, special member’s pricing that Business Members provide to Consumer Members. Consumers use digital coupons to redeem the special member’s price. Consumers are not charged for the use of this service. The market it serves consists of adult members of the general public. Companies such as Groupon, Angie’s List, and Retail Me Not, while they are substantially different programs, should still be considered to be principal competitors because they offer discounts or coupons for patronizing their members and/or provide consumers a platform for viewing referral recommendations.
