The total investment necessary to begin operation if you acquire the rights for three franchises is $901,500 to $1,325,167. This includes $135,000 to $176,500 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates. If the franchisor grants you development rights for more than three franchises, the initial franchise fee for the first franchise will be reduced depending on the number of franchises you purchase plus you will pay a development fee equal to the reduced initial franchise fee multiplied by the number of franchises granted to you.
