We were formed as a Delaware limited liability company on November 29, 2006 as part of an internal corporate restructuring for the sole purpose of merging with Jimmy John’s Franchise, Inc., an Illinois corporation established in April 1993, to change Jimmy John’s Franchise, Inc. from an Illinois corporation to a Delaware limited liability company. Our principal business address is 2212 Fox Drive, Champaign, Illinois 61820.
