American Franchise is a Michigan limited liability company that was formed on February 3, 2006. We currently conduct business under our corporate name and the name “DRYER VENT WIZARD.” Our principal business address is 5523 E. Nine Mile Road, Warren, Michigan 48091. Our agents for service of process are disclosed in Exhibit A.
We began offering DRYER VENT WIZARD franchises on March 6, 2006. We do not own or operate any businesses of the type you will be operating. We have not offered franchises in any other line of business. Additionally, we do not engage in any other major business activities outside of the DRYER VENT WIZARD System.

The total estimated initial investment required to begin operating a Dryer Vent Wizard business in a single territory ranges from $67,527 to $90,871. This includes the $10,000 initial franchise fee, the $39,000 initial territory fee and the $4,000 Marketing and Advertising Start Fee that must be paid to the Franchisor before opening.
