We incorporated as a corporation under the laws of the State of Texas on December 11, 2009 with the name CMIT Operating, Inc., and subsequently changed our name to CMIT Solutions, Inc. We maintain our principal place of business at 500 N. Capital of Texas Hwy., Bldg 6, Ste. 200, Austin TX 78746, and our telephone number is (800) 710-CMIT (2648). We have offered franchises since February 2010 to establish and operate computer support businesses under the “CMIT Solutions” service mark.
