As an APEX FUN RUN franchisee, you will operate a fundraising business using the marks “Apex Fun Run”. The franchise offers you the right to establish and operate one or more APEX FUN RUN teams at approved locations, using the trademarks “APEX FUN RUN.
APEX FUN RUN teams may utilize only approved products. The approved product line includes a number of prizes and other items used in conjunction with the Fun Run events. You will market these products in a team characterized by a positive, energetic, motivated, fundraising fun run, which is performed at/for elementary schools. The program is designed to provide leadership skills for the students as well as generate much needed funds for the school’s operations. These runs occur over a two week period, beginning with a pep rally, and ending with the Fun Run.
