They were incorporated in the State of Texas on December 2, 1992. They maintain our principal place of business at 1010-1020 North University Parks Drive, Waco, Texas 76707.

The total investment necessary to begin operation of an Aire Serv® franchise ranges from $80,100 to $203,900. This includes $33,750 that must be paid to the franchisor and its affiliate. It does not include fees for additional territory (beyond the minimum 100,000), for which the franchisor charges $325 per 1,000 population.
