We are an affiliate of Molly Maid, Inc. (“Molly Maid”), a Michigan corporation formed May 8, 1984 to franchise the MOLLY MAID system in the United States. Molly Maid maintains its principal business address at 3948 Ranchero Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48108. Molly Maid’s goal is to offer the most professional and reliable residential cleaning system and service in the United States. As of December 31, 2005, Molly Maid had 361 franchises in the United States and Puerto Rico. It does not anticipate offering franchises in any other line of business.
Investment
The initial franchisee fee is $14,900 plus a Territory Fee of $15,000. The Initial Package Fee is $16,000. The estimated initial investment that is required ranges from $49,900 to $65,000.
