The total investment necessary to begin operation of a new In-Line or End-Cap is from $525,100 (or $498,300 if this is not your first Unit) to $1,091,400, including from $51,800 (or $25,000 if this is not your first Unit) to $76,800 that must be paid to the franchisor or affiliate. The total investment necessary to begin operation of an existing Unit ranges from  $175,000 to $1,445,000 or more, excluding real property, all of which must be paid to the franchisor.
