The franchise offered is for yorCMO, a fractional marketing service that provides businesses with the opportunity to engage a shared chief marketing officer (“CMO”) to develop and implement marketing strategies for their businesses and, other services and products. There are three different yorCMO franchise models you may select from: the “Solo yorCMO” model, which will permit an operator to act as the sole CMO for the Franchised Business; the “Firm yorCMO” model, which will permit an operator to act as a CMO for the Franchised Business but will also permit an operator to hire multiple associate CMOs, a Solo yorCMO franchisee and/or Lite yorCMO franchisee, to provide services on behalf of the Franchised Business; or the “Lite yorCMO”
model, which will permit an operator to act as a CMO of the Franchised Business.

The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Lite yorCMO Business under a franchise agreement is $10,887 to $24,352. This includes $5,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates. The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Solo yorCMO Business under a franchise agreement is $37,887 to $51,352. This includes $30,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates. The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Firm yorCMO Business under a franchise agreement is $50,887 to $64,352. This includes $45,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates.
