Type of Business
This disclosure document is for the right to own and operate an Area Representative Business in which you will be responsible for promoting, establishing and supporting Unit Franchises that will own and operate businesses that operate quick-service restaurants serving donuts and ice cream, donuts filled with ice cream, milkshakes, FroYos and smoothies to the general public at specific locations under the word mark “Yonutz®” and such other trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos and symbols the franchisor authorizes.

Investment
The estimated total initial investment necessary to begin operations of your Yonutz® Area Representative Business will range from $191,644 to $619,344. This amount includes a Development Fee ranging from $182,000 to $567,750 that must be paid to the franchisor or an affiliate. Each Area Representative Business must open at least one Unit Franchise.
