Corporate Information

Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Store ranges from $271,110 to $616,000. This includes $30,000 to $35,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates.
At your request, the franchisor may allow you to sign a multi-unit development agreement that will obligate you to acquire multiple franchises and open multiple Stores. When you sign a Development Agreement, you must pay to franchisor a development fee of $5,000 multiplied by the number of franchises you agree to acquire. While the franchisor and you may agree to deviate from it, the franchisor’s standard Development Agreement requires that you commit to acquiring between 2 and 5 franchises (the specific number subject to your and our agreement), in which case, the development fee would be $10,000 to $25,000, all of which must be paid to the franchisor. The development fee represents the total investment necessary to become an area developer under a Development Agreement but see above for the current investment necessary to open a Store.
