Investment
The initial franchise fee is $39,500.00. The estimated initial investment required (including this initial franchise fee) ranges from $244,800 to $458,725. This sum does NOT include any salary or other payments to you or your principals. If you execute two or more franchise agreements at the same time, the initial franchise fee for the second WOSD franchised business is $39,500.00. The estimated initial investment includes that must be paid to Franchisor or an affiliate and the Initial Franchise Fee of $39,500.00 (as discussed in Item 5) that must be paid to the Franchisor or affiliate.
