Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a WING-STOP® Restaurant is $259,400 to $912,100, excluding real estate purchase and lease costs. This includes $30,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or affiliate. You sign the Development Agreement even if you want only one Restaurant
franchise. If you want development rights for more than one Restaurant, you must pay the franchisor a development fee equal to $10,000 times the number of Restaurants you commit to develop.
