WHG Franchisor, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company formed on December 14, 2016 with a principal business address of 22 Sylvan Way, Parsippany, New Jersey 07054. They are a subsidiary of Wyndham Hotel Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Wyndham Hotel Group is wholly owned by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Effective March 29, 2024, Wyndham Hotel Group acquired the exclusive worldwide right and license to franchise the WaterWalk System, as defined below, from a non-affiliated entity, WaterWalk Holding Co, LLC, pursuant to a Strategic Relationship Agreement. WWH’s affiliate, WaterWalk Franchise Services LLC, offered WaterWalk System franchises from May 22, 2014 until March 29, 2024.

The total investment necessary to begin operation of a 100-unit conversion hotel ranges from $1,223,730 to $10,846,228. Land acquisition costs are not included in these ranges. The above amounts include a range of $96,250 to $117,400 that must be paid to the franchisor or an affiliate.
