Wateria CA, LLC is a master franchisee and a licensee of Yesone Corporation, a California corporation and Master Franchisor for all states in the United States. The Master Franchisor has granted to Wateria CA, LLC the right to operate, and sub-license to franchisees the Wateria business format and system relating to the establishment and operation of Wateria retail stores. The Master Franchisor solely owns the Proprietary Marks further described and has licensed them to Wateria CA, LLC through an Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement so that they may sublicense them to their franchisees.
