Investment

In addition, we offer development rights for a minimum of two Wine & Design Studios. The total investment necessary for development rights is between $139,900 to $545,400. This includes development and initial franchise fees of $50,000 that must be paid to us. If the Area Development Agreement is for more than 2 Studios, you will pay us the development fee of $12,500 multiplied by the number of additional Studios you commit to develop.
