The franchisor grants you the right to operate a VERLO® Mattress Factory and Retail Store or a Retail Store. At your Factory and Retail Store, you will assemble and sell at retail custom mattresses and box springs and certain accessory items for the Products. At your Retail Store, you will sell Products and Accessories.
