The franchisee will establish and operate a TownePlace Suites by Marriott select-service hotel. TownePlace Suites hotels are extended-stay hotels designed to offer high quality accommodations and related services to the traveling public. TownePlace Suites hotels generally feature a mix of 60 to 120 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites. A typical TownePlace Suites guestroom contains a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, multi-functional working and dining areas, and sleeping quarters with a bath. TownePlace Suites hotels generally also feature a lobby area for guest reception, a breakfast room, a swimming pool, and a large regional wall map known as the TowneMap.
