Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Tide Laundromat Business is $1,731,885 to $2,237,682. This includes $213,018 to $240,029 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates. If you sign a Tide Laundromat Development Rights Agreement (“Development Rights Agreement”) to develop multiple Tide Laundromat Businesses, you must pay us a Development Fee in the amount of $10,000 for each Tide Laundromat Business you commit to develop. If you sign a Development Rights Agreement, the franchisor currently requires you to develop at least three Tide Laundromat Businesses.
