Investment

This includes a $49,000 Initial Franchise Fee and an opening store training fee of $5,000 to $7000 that must be paid to the Franchisor or its affiliates. If you become a Multi-Unit Developer, you will pay upon execution of a Multi-Unit Development Agreement all initial franchise fees for the Restaurants you will operate. The total investment necessary will vary based on the number of Restaurants to be opened. Thus, your investment to open a franchise is the same as for Individual Unit Franchises, but your total initial franchise fee for development of two Restaurants will be $74,500 and for three Restaurants is $89,900.
