The franchise is for a Supreme Service Solutions, Inc., d/b/a Supreme Sandwich (“SSS”) kiosk/workspace. SSS has developed and owns a distinctive system relating to the establishment and operation of food kiosks/workspaces in the customer-facing part of the “Host Location” defined below (“Deli Kiosks”) which will prepare and sell sandwiches, salads, paninis and deli platters and other deli meat and cheese products (“Deli Products”). Deli Kiosks will be located initially in upscale supermarkets and potentially other locations in the future (including without limitation upscale third-party hotels, cafeterias, and university facilities) (“Host Locations”), that inmost instances will be sourced by Franchisor and under leases, licenses or other rights to occupy such Host Location (“Occupancy Agreements”) between the Host Location and Franchisor. At the Deli Kiosks, franchisees will prepare their Deli Products for the franchisee’s customers to purchase through the Host Location’s point of sale infrastructure, either to take with them or to consume at the Host Location’s shared common areas.

Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Deli Kiosk ranges from $60,962 to $316,070 depending on the projected gross weekly sales of a Deli Kiosk; provided that this amount contemplates up to 3 months of inventory and other expenses during which you will be receiving Franchisee Payments for the sale of your Deli Products. This includes an initial franchise fee of $35,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or an affiliate if you enter into a Franchise Agreement to open and operate a Deli Kiosk and all costs and fees included in Items 5 and 7 of this Franchise Disclosure Document that are to be paid to Franchisor, the Host Location and other third parties prior to the opening of a Deli Kiosk.
