The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Studio Pilates International franchise is $399,625 to $679,725. This includes $145,125 to $162,725 that must be paid to the franchisor or affiliates. If you elect to enter into a Multi-Unit Option Addendum to establish additional studios,
you will also pay the franchisor a $35,000 option fee for one additional studio, or a $60,000 option fee for two additional studios, when you sign the Multi-Unit Option Addendum.
