Investment
You must sign an Area Development Agreement committing to develop a minimum of three “Stand-Up Burgers” fast casual restaurants, each pursuant to a separate unit Franchise Agreement. The total investment necessary to begin operation of each Stand-Up Burgers Restaurant franchise ranges from
$630,500 to $932,500, excluding land. This includes the initial franchise fee of $30,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates; provided that on signing the Area Development Agreement, you will pay the franchisor a development fee equal to one-half of the initial franchise fee for each Franchise Agreement (i.e., $15,000), multiplied by the number of Restaurants you commit to open (and this amount will be credited against the
initial franchise fee leaving a $15,000 balance due on signing).
