Stalk & Spade Franchising LLC is a Minnesota limited liability company organized on February 25, 2021, for the purpose of engaging in the sale of franchises of STALK & SPADE® restaurants. Their principal business address is 746 Mill Street E, Wayzata, MN 55391. They started to sell STALK & SPADE® franchises in May 2021.
Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a STALK & SPADE® franchise is $767,050 to $1,323,150. This includes $54,900 to $69,500 that must be paid to the franchisor or an affiliate.
The franchisor may sell rights to develop a number of restaurants within a specified area during a specified time pursuant to a Market Accelerator Program. You must commit to develop a minimum of five restaurants in order to participate in our Market Accelerator Program. Participation in the Market Accelerator Program will entitle the franchisee to a reduced initial franchise fee of $274,500 for five restaurants, or $54,900 per restaurant.
