You will operate a Sparkle Wash International Cleaning Service, a mobile, self-contained, power cleaning, restoration and preservation system for commercial, residential and industrial use. The Franchised Business will offer services for mobile power pressure cleaning, restoration, preservation, painting and stationary washing. In the mobile power cleaning business, you will use the Sparkle Wash system of pressure sprays and cleaning solutions to clean surfaces of buildings, houses, trucks, and any other structure or equipment in which the mobile Sparkle Wash unit is applicable.

Sparkle International, Inc. was founded in 1965 and incorporated in the State of Ohio in 1967. They maintain their principal business address at 7599 First Place, Oakwood, Ohio 44146. Sparkle International, Inc. used to be called Sparkle Wash, Inc. The name was changed on February 3, 1989. Despite this name change, they still use the trademark “Sparkle Wash.”
