As part of the Reorganization, Skyline Chili, LLC was formed as an Ohio limited liability company on December 1, 2020, under the name Skyline QOZB, LLC, renamed as Skyline Chili, LLC on December 21, 2020, and began business operations on December 24, 2020, upon the closing of the Reorganization. On June 8, 2023, in connection with the surrender of certain membership units of another owner in connection with a distribution by Skyline Chili, LLC, the investor group became the majority owners of Skyline Chili, LLC.
