The total initial investment necessary to begin operation of a Shula Burger® franchise restaurant is $515,850 to $949,750 under a franchise agreement and $585,850 to $1,014,750 for the first restaurant if you sign an area developer agreement, which requires a minimum development of five Shula Burger® restaurants. If you and we agree to the development of more than five restaurants, then your initial total investment for an area developer agreement will be higher. This includes approximately $43,350 to $69,250 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliate for one franchise and approximately $113,350 to $134,250 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliate for the first restaurant under an area developer agreement.

The total initial investment necessary to begin operation of a Shula’s Bar & Grill® franchise restaurant is $1,089,950 to $2,153,000 under a franchise agreement and $1,289,950 to $2,359,250 for the first restaurant if you sign an area developer agreement, which requires a minimum development of five Shula’s Bar & Grill® restaurants. If you and we agree to the development of more than five restaurants, then your initial total investment for an area developer agreement will be higher. This includes approximately $108,350 to $129,250 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliate for one franchise and $308,350 to $329,250 that must be paid to the  franchisor or its affiliate for the first restaurant under an area developer agreement.
