Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a single franchise is $91,650 to $168,000 for the standard territory which contains a maximum population of 125,000 people or a radius of 10 miles from the site, whichever is the lesser area. This includes the $68,500 to $89,025 that must be paid to the franchisor at the time you sign the Franchise Agreement. The franchisor may, in their sole discretion, allow you to extend the territory at the time you enter into a Franchise Agreement by purchasing an additional contiguous territory of a maximum additional population of 100,000 people or an additional 5-mile radius from the Protected Territory, whichever is the lesser area, for a territory extension fee of $25,000.
The franchisor also offers an Area Development Agreement that allows you to open a minimum of two franchises within a designated development territory for an initial investment of $107,500 to $115,000 which includes the development fee of $85,000 that must be paid to us. The development fee for three (3) franchises is $105,000. If they approve additional franchises beyond three franchises, the development fee is increased by $20,000 for
each additional franchise in the development territory.
