RooterMan, LLC is a limited liability company formed in the State of Delaware on December 7, 2021. Their principal place of business is 126 Garrett Street, Suite J, Charlottesville, VA 22902. They began offering franchises in March 2022. They acquired substantially all of the assets of A Corp., a Massachusetts stock corporation (“A Corp.”) on January 20, 2022. A Corp. was organized on March 22, 1982 and beginning offering franchises in 1990. A Corp. operated a business substantially similar to the franchises offered in this Disclosure Document from its formation until January 2022.
Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a RooterMan franchise is $56,100 to 88,500. This includes $7,475 that must be paid to the franchisor or affiliate.
