The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Pizza Inn Buffet Restaurant ranges from $412,000 to $1,445,000. This includes approximately $50,000 to $70,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or their affiliates. The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Delco Restaurant ranges from $200,000 to $510,000. This includes approximately $20,000 to $30,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or their affiliates. The total investment necessary to begin operation of an Express Restaurant ranges from $200,000 to $510,000. This includes approximately $15,000 to $25,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or their affiliates. The total investment necessary to begin operation as a Ghost Kitchen Restaurant is $11,000 to 40,000. This includes approximately $10,000 to $20,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or their affiliates. When you sign the Area Development Agreement, you will pay the franchisor a development fee equal to the amount for each Pizza Inn Restaurant you commit to developing (not including the 1st one).
