Type of Business
As a franchisee, you will perform water restoration services, fire restoration services, smoke and odor clean-up, hard surface, carpet and upholstery cleaning, reconstruction and other related restoration and cleaning services for residential and commercial customers. You may perform mold remediation services if you purchase the optional mold remediation equipment and training. You may perform air duct cleaning services if you purchase the optional air duct equipment and training.

Rainbow International LLC was converted to a Texas limited liability company on December 31, 2011. Prior to that date, they were a Texas corporation. They were incorporated in the State of Texas on December 19, 1980. They maintain their principal place of business at 1010-1020 North University Parks Drive, Waco, Texas 76707. They are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dwyer Franchising LLC.
Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of Rainbow International franchise ranges from $156,175 to $256,100 plus any additional franchise fee or real estate costs. This includes $28,000 initial fee that must be paid to the franchisor.
