The franchise offered is a Master Franchise to franchise “made to order” fresh brewed tea shops called Presotea, operating under the Marks and using the System as described in this document, and the Operations Manual in a protected Territory. The Master Franchise Agreement requires the franchising and opening of a minimum of 10 subfranchised Presotea Shops in the protected Territory, within 6 years of the signing of the Master Franchise Agreement.

Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of the Presotea Master Franchise Business ranges from $193,300 to $237,800 This includes $20,000 for required initial training. For each Presotea franchise you sell you are required to pay the franchisor or its affiliate $50,000 for required equipment, $10,800 for required branding, and $58,000 for required opening inventory of supplies and food which must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliate. For each Presotea shop you franchise, upon opening, you must pay the franchisor a $10,000 store opening fee.
