The total investment necessary to begin operation of an existing System Restaurant ranges from $210,000 to $1,525,000 or more, of a new “Red Roof” dine-in System Restaurant (with or without delivery) ranges from $872,000 to $2,185,500, of a new Delivery Based Restaurant/Fast Casual Delco dine-in/delivery/carryout System Restaurant ranges from $624,000 to $1,710,500, of a new Freestanding “Delco” Delivery/Carryout System Restaurant ranges from $560,000 to $908,500 and of a new Inline/Endcap “Delco” Delivery/Carryout System Restaurant ranges from $302,000 to $539,500, in each case excluding real property and including between $210,000 to $1,525,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates for an existing System Restaurant and between $40,000 to $55,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates for a new System Restaurant.
