The licensee will use Pizza Hut’s recipes and trademarks to produce and sell pizza and related products as an ancillary business within a designated type of non-traditional facility that is not a restaurant.


Corporate Information
Pizza Hut, LLC (“PHLLC”), a Delaware limited liability company formed on March 30, 2016, is the licensor.  Their principal address is 7100 Corporate Drive, Plano, Texas 75024. PHLLC’s predecessor is Pizza Hut, Inc. (“PHI”). PHI was originally incorporated as “Pizza Hut of San Diego, Inc.” in 1967, and changed its name on September 25, 1997, in anticipation of acquiring the assets of Pizza Hut, Inc., a Delaware corporation. PHLLC’s ultimate corporate parent is YUM! Brands, Inc. (“YUM”). YUM’s offices are located at 1441 Gardiner Lane, Louisville, Kentucky 40213.


Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Licensed Location ranges from $29,285 to $252,400 (not including real property or signage), including $6,300 to $17,600 that must be paid to the licensor or its affiliates.
