The total investment necessary to begin operation of an existing Restaurant ranges from $225,000 to $1,025,000 or more, of a new “Red Roof” dine-in System Restaurant (with or without delivery) ranges from $852,000 to $2,144,000, of a new Freestanding “Delco” Delivery/Carryout System Restaurant ranges from $545,000 to $917,000 and of a new Inline/Endcap “Delco” Delivery/Carryout System Restaurant ranges from $297,000 to $563,000, in each case excluding real property and including between $225,000 to $1,025,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates for an existing Restaurant and between $40,000 to $90,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates for a new Restaurant..
