If granted, the franchise offered is for the operation of a PANDORA® retail store that will have a dedicated front façade or dedicated entrance like a traditional retail store setting and include one or more display windows which will sell a collection of unique lines of PANDORA® custom jewelry.

If the franchisor elects to grant you the right to a successor franchise upon expiration of your franchise agreement, you will be required to bring your Store up to their current standards. They currently have two standards for Stores; the “Evolution Standard” and the “Evoke 2.0 Standard.” The total investment necessary to bring a PANDORA Store up to the Evolution Standard is approximately $219,000 to $526,000. This includes $71,000 to $135,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or an affiliate. The total investment necessary to bring a PANDORA Store up to the Evoke 2.0 Standard is approximately $554,000 to $1,102,000. This includes $98,000 to $165,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or an affiliate. Whether you are required to update your Store to the Evolution Standard or the Evoke 2.0 Standard is in the franchisor’s sole discretion based upon a number of variables including, but not limited to, the age and location your Store.
