The total investment necessary to convert an existing restaurant to an OTB Restaurant is from $1,425,500 to $3,398,000, excluding land or lease costs and associated costs. The total investment necessary to begin operation of an OTB Restaurant for a retail in-line location is from $2,425,500 to $4,178,000, excluding land or lease costs and associated costs. This includes $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates, which is the same regardless of the type of restaurant (new, conversion, or retail in-line) that is developed. If you sign a Development Rights Agreement, you will also pay a development fee of $15,000 per Restaurant.
