If you enter into a Development Agreement, you must establish and operate 3 MY SALON Suite franchises according to a development schedule and pay the franchisor a development fee of $125,000. The total investment necessary to begin operation of MY SALON Suite franchises under a Development Agreement is between $1,059,332 and $1,655,569, which includes $125,000 that must be paid to the franchisor at the time the development agreement is signed.
