Their predecessor and affiliate is Molly Maid, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, which was originally incorporated as a Michigan corporation on May 8, 1984 as “Molly Maid, Inc.” It converted to a limited liability company and changed its name to “Molly Maid, LLC” in June 2015 when it was acquired by Neighborly.
