The franchise offered is for a fast-casual restaurant operating under the name “Miami Grill®”, which offers quality food that is prepared fresh and cooked to order. These restaurants will operate using the franchisor’s proprietary recipes, formulae, techniques, trade dress, trademarks and logos.

Miami Grill Franchising Corporation is a Florida corporation incorporated on October 10, 2007. On March 28, 2018, they changed their name from Miami Subs Franchising Corporation to Miami Grill Franchising Corporation. They maintain their principal place of business at 901-A Clint Moore Road, Boca Raton, Florida 33487.
Investment
The estimated total investment necessary to begin operation of a “traditional” Miami Grill® restaurant is $365,000 to $985,000. This includes a $45,000 domestic or a $55,000 international Franchise Fee that must be paid to Franchisor or its affiliates.
The franchisor also offers a Multi-Unit Development Agreement where an individual or entity commits to develop and operate at least three Restaurants. If you enter into a Multi-Unit Development Agreement for three or more restaurants, you will pay an initial franchise fee equal to $45,000 for the first restaurant and a reduced franchise fee equal to $40,000 for each additional Restaurant to be developed, payable in advance. The total investment under a Multi-Unit Development Agreement will vary depending on the number of Restaurants to be developed. If you commit to develop three Restaurants as a Multi-Unit Developer, the Development Fee shall total $125,000 and the estimated initial investment will range from $447,000 to $1,067,500.
