The total investment necessary to begin operation of a 250 guest room new build Le Méridien Hotel franchise is approximately $53,346,500 to $76,409,000, which includes approximately $227,500 to $423,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates. If you choose to include a branded spa at your Le Méridien Hotel, the additional investment is approximately $883,500 to $9,340,000 for an 8,000 square foot 10 treatment room spa, which includes approximately $27,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates.
