KFCC is currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of YUM, whose offices are located at 1441 Gardiner Lane, Louisville, Kentucky 40213.
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a KFC unit ranges from $127,500 to $542,000. This includes $10,000 to $31,500 that must be paid to the licensor or its affiliates.
