They do business under their corporate name or ““Jaeneung,” “JEI Learning Centers,” “Jaeneung Math Class,” “Jaeneung Korean Class,” “Jaeneung Chinese Character Class,” “Hanja,” “Jaeneung English Class,” “Jaeneung Classes,” and “JEI.” JEI Self-Learning Systems, Inc. (“JSLS”), the former franchisor and their predecessor is a California corporation incorporated on March 23, 1992. JSLS offered franchises from 1992 to December 31, 2020.
