Investment
The total initial investment necessary to begin operation of a Learning Center franchise ranges from $4,739,500 to $5,796,800 under the “Small Concept Real Estate Program,” from $6,706,500 to $9,385,400 under the “Large Concept Real Estate Ownership Program” and from $687,500 to $1,174,000 under the “Long Term Lease Program.” This includes $110,500 in initial fees that you must pay to Ivy Kids Systems, LLC as the franchisor under these programs.
The franchisor may offer to you the right to enter into an Area Development Agreement to establish and operate a certain number of Learning Center franchises at specific locations pursuant to individual franchise agreements. If you sign an Area Development Agreement, you will pay to the franchisor $224,425 in initial fees. Your total investment, including fees payable to the franchisor, will increase thereafter based on the number of Learning Centers
to be developed.
