InXpress, LLC. was organized as Allfreight Solutions, LLC. in the State of Utah on January 18, 2006 for the sole purpose of offering the Franchised Business. They changed their name to InXpress, LLC. effective April 1, 2006. Their principal business address is 9815 South Monroe Street, Suite 206, Sandy, UT 84070, and we do business only under the name InXpress, LLC. They began offering franchises for this business in May 2006 in the United States and in March 2013 in Canada.
