HouseMaster SPV LLC was organized as a Delaware limited liability company on November 13, 2020. They maintain their principal place of business at 1010 North University Parks Drive, Waco, Texas 76707. They are a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Neighborly Assetco LLC.

The approximate total investment necessary to begin operation of a single HouseMaster® franchise business ranges from $58,825 to $92,675. This includes $43,750 that must be paid to the franchisor or its
