HOS does not engage in any other business and does not offer franchises in this, or any other business. House of Speed Holdings, LLC (“HOSH”) is a Colorado limited liability company formed on May 24, 2006, and is our parent company. House of Speed Brands, LLC (“HOSB”) is a Colorado limited liability company formed on May 24, 2006. Neither HOSH nor HOSB engage in this or any other business and do not sell franchises in this or any other business. We share a principal business address and phone number with HOSH, HOSB and HOS.
