The franchisee will use the Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel system to operate a high quality Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel featuring suites at mid-market prices under a Franchise License Agreement with HLT ESP Franchise LLC.

We are a Delaware limited liability company formed in November, 2008. We do business under the name “Home2 Suites by Hilton”. Our principal business address since August 1, 2009 is 7930 Jones Branch Drive, Suite 1100, McLean, Virginia 22102. Our telephone number is (703) 883-1000. Prior to August 1, 2009, our principal business address was 9336 Civic Center Drive, Beverly Hills, California 90210. We also have a corporate franchising office at 755 Crossover Lane, Memphis, Tennessee 38117.
Our indirect corporate parent is Hilton Worldwide, Inc. (“Hilton Worldwide”) f/k/a Hilton Hotels Corporation (“HHC”), a Delaware corporation which has conducted a guest lodging business since May 1946. The total investment necessary, excluding real property, to begin operation of a newly constructed 108 suite Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel ranges from $7,447,500 to $13,162,000 including up to $90,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or affiliate.
