HEITS Building Services FDD Summary

Heits Building Services, Inc. offers qualified individuals the right to independently own and operate a business that (a) provides a wide array of interior and exterior building maintenance services that the franchisor authorizes, and (b) solicits and secures prospective clientele within a defined geographical area to enter into service agreements with the HEITS Location for these types of Approved Services, all while utilizing the franchisor’s proprietary marks and operating business system. As of the Issue Date of this Disclosure Document, the Approved Services include routine building maintenance, interior cleaning and other janitorial services and/or basic grounds-keeping services (including, without limitation, dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning, wall cleaning and trash disposal).
